π¨ Receiving Your Equipment

Be at the hotel or resort entrance at your scheduled time to meet the delivery driver directly.
π¨ Bell Desk Deliveries
If your location allows drop-off, check with the bellman upon arrival. Provide the full reservation name to receive your scooter or key.Β
π Warehouse Pick-Up
Pick-ups available from 8 AM to 5 PM only. You're responsible for loading and unloading.
π Rental Changes
Need more or less time?
π Call the number on your reservation to modify your rental.
π¬ Texts, emails, or DMs are not accepted for time changes.
π Battery Use & Charging
Your charger is stored in the back-seat pouch. Charge overnight in your room.
Do not leave the unit in hallways, at the bell desk, or front desk.
π Charge during downtime (e.g., shows, meals).
β οΈ A fee applies if your unit stops working due to low battery.
π οΈ If You Have a Problem
Call the number on the unit for fast help.
π± Tech team will guide you through a fix or send a replacement if needed.
π’ At theme parks like Universal or SeaWorld β bring the unit to the entrance for assistance.
π‘οΈ Liability Insurance Option

Add a theΒ Damage Waiver Insurance to cover accidental damage (does not include theft or loss).

β Weather Precautions
Rain and electronics donβt mix.
Keep your unit dry and covered (a poncho or plastic works great).
π’ If the scooter starts beeping, it has detected moisture β remove it from the rain immediately and allow it to dry.
π³ Payment Terms
All bookings are charged in full at the time of reservation, whether placed online or by phone.
β Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before 8:00 AM on the rental start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 3% processing fee.
This fee covers the non-refundable credit card transaction cost incurred at the time of booking.

π Returning Your Equipment

Return the unit in person.
No-show = 1 extra day charge
Same-day change = $25 fee
Missed return = $75 fee

Leave the equipment with the bellman the day after your rental.
Location changes = $25 fee
