Do you offer free delivery and pickup?

Yes, we offer free delivery and pickup to hotels, resorts, private residences, and select ports within our designated delivery zones. When placing your order, please make sure to choose the correct delivery option—Residence/Hotel or Port—to ensure accurate scheduling and service.

Will you deliver our scooter or stroller at our location?
Yes! The scooter or stroller rental will be delivered directly to your hotel, resort, or residential address within the delivery radius. If you are not there at the time of delivery, it will be left with  the bell service or concierge, if your hotel or resort allows it.
What happens if I am having problems inside the park ?
If you are experiencing difficulties with your unit you can call the number to be found on the scooter or stroller.  They will first try to trouble shoot the problem. If that is unsuccessful They will  send a driver to you with a replacement unit. 
Do you deliver to the theme parks ?

No, There is no delivery to theme parks. Due to the nature of theme park locations, including restricted access, high traffic areas, and security protocols, no company is able to assure a successful delivery. We recommend arranging deliveries to your home, hotel, or resort.

What is your cancellation policy?

Need to cancel your rental booking or perhaps make changes to it? No worries. We’ll help make things as easy as possible.

Before you cancel your scooter rental or stroller rental

It’s always a good idea to first review the scooter or stroller rental’s rules and restrictions to see if the booking’s refundable or has cancellation fees. 

What happens if it rains?

Move your scooter under cover immediately — electrical components can fail if soaked. Scooters that get wet may stop working until fully dried.

Can I use the scooter on theme park transportation?

Yes! Most Disney and local transportation is scooter-friendly and does not require disassembly.

Do you deliver to cruise ports?

Yes. We deliver mobility scooters to select cruise ports throughout the United States. Customers must contact us upon arrival at the port to receive pickup instructions. Advance reservations are recommended, and delivery fees may apply depending on the location.
